How Do I Place An Order?

After posting your order, please wait for an invoice to be
sent to you to confirm before you make payment.
Invoices are usually sent out at the end of the day. Once invoice has
been sent, you will be given 24 hours to make payment.
If payment is not received within 24 hours, the item will be sold to
the next buyer.
What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
Currently, we only accept bank transfers via ibanking or ATM.
For ATM transfers, a snapshot of the receipt is required to prove that
you have paid. Please retain your receipt until we have confirmed your
sale for verification purposes.

Can I Cancel My Order After It Has Been Placed?
Kindly email us within 24 hours after order has been placed if you wish
to cancel your order.
What Does "Backordered" Mean?
Backorders are conducted if more than 5 people are interested in
getting the item. Money has to be paid first before order arrives to
confirm your purchase. If backorders are unsuccessful, refunds will be
made.

How Will My Order Be Shipped and How Much Will I Be
Charged?
Currently, there are two methods of delivery via mail.
We may arrange to deliver your items personally to your doorstep. Fees are dependent on the distance required to travel to different places. Certain places might not be valid for this delivery.
We do meet ups as well. The date and timings of the meet up will be fixed by us. It will be subjected to change and done only by our own convenience.

Measure
How to Measure
Headbands:
Measure the circumference around your head.
Hats/Caps:
Measure around your head with a tape above your eyebrow ridges. If you
are between even sizes, order your hat in the next larger size.
CHEST/BUST (or, pit to pit measurements)
Measure under your arms at the fullest part of your bust/chest. Be sure
to go over your shoulder blades.
SLEEVE
Place your hand on your hip with your arm bent 90 degrees. Start at the
middle of your back across your shoulder to your elbow and down to your
wrist.
WAIST
Measure around your waistline where you normally wear your pants with
one forefinger between your body and the measuring tape. For low rise
pants measure 1-1/2" below your natural waist.
HIPS
Stand with your heels together, keeping tape straight and parallel to
the floor. Measure around the fullest part of your hips.
INSEAM
Using a pair of pants that fit you well, measure from the crotch seam
to the opening at the bottom of the pant leg. Round the number to the
nearest 1/2" to get your inseam length.
BELTS (WOMEN)
Belts normally sit at the natural waist, but low rise pants sit at your
low waist.
BELTS (MEN)
Order one size larger than your pant waist size. (i.e. if you wear a
size 32 pant, order a size 34 belt).

the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee
that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
